NCSLMA2020 has ended
To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
  • Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
  • Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
  • Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
  • General business meeting for all NCSLMA members.

I am a Media Specialist and former classroom teacher in my 20th year in Durham Public Schools. My interests include collaborating with teachers and parents, building a diverse collection that provides both a mirror and window for students, integrating tech with the Super 3, and building relationships with families. I was honored to be named Durham Public Schools Media Coordinator of the Year for 2018.
