To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
This will be a combination of a presentation followed by an interactive discussion about the process of adding books to the school library, in this case that were aligned to the language arts curriculum for 3rd-5th grade, and then teaching students and teachers how to access them and incorporating the resources into Destiny Collections and other curated research tools.
