NCSLMA2020 has ended
To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
  • Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
  • Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
  • Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
  • General business meeting for all NCSLMA members.

In this session participants will learn about how a blended media and technology program at Nags Head Elementary School supports student learning. Presenters will share how this blended model was unrolled at their school and how it has increased collaboration among teachers and provided new content-rich, hands on learning opportunities for students. Participants will leave with examples of collaborative projects that include media, technology, art, and regular ed that they can put into action, as well as with information on how to advocate for a strong media/technology program.
