To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
We will discuss our experiences with State Library Legislative Day and follow up action items with legislators across the state. This includes partnering with the state librarian, working with the general assembly, the student library advocacy program. Finally, the results of independent research conducted about the state of school libraries and stories from school librarians will be shared.
