To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:

Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
General business meeting for all NCSLMA members.

I have been the librarian at Wagener-Salley High School (WSHS) since 2002. I am a past president of SCASL and the Aiken Aiken County Media Educators. I was Teacher of the Year for WSHS in 2012-2013 and honored as Distinguished Literacy Teacher for Aiken Country in 2019-2020. My passions include technology integration, encouraging students (and staff) to read for pleasure, learning/playing with new tech gadgets and tools, and developing my photography talents.
