Kendra Cameron-Jarvis serves as an instructional technologist for Buncombe County Schools, the largest school district in western North Carolina. She holds a master's degree in online learning and professional development and is a National Board Certified educator. During her 19 years in education, she has worked as a middle school English teacher, a secondary literacy coach, instructional technologist, Educational Consultant, and professor for UNC Asheville.
In 2019, she had the privilege to travel with Rotary International to deliver professional development to teachers at Camina Segura, a charity school in Guatemala City.
