NCSLMA2020 has ended
To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
  • Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
  • Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
  • Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
  • General business meeting for all NCSLMA members.

Bridget Morton is the Assistant Director of Teaching with Primary Sources at Mars Hill University. Teaching with Primary Sources is a National Consortium funded by the Library of Congress. Previously, Bridget taught high school ELA at North Buncombe High School for 10 years, and has been in her current position for two years. She earned her B.A. in LIterature from UNC-Asheville with a 9-12 Teaching License, and then earned her M.A. in English Education from Western Carolina University. Bridget is currently in the doctoral program for Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University.
