NCSLMA2020 has ended
To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
  • Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
  • Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
  • Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
  • General business meeting for all NCSLMA members.

Heather Moorefield-Lang, a former middle school theater teacher and school librarian, currently serves as faculty with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the Department of Library and Information Science. Her research is focused in emerging technologies and their use in education and libraries. Heather has long been interested in how technologies can further enhance instruction in libraries and classrooms.
