As the Instructional Technology Facilitator at Nags Head Elementary my vision is to use best practices from 15 years of teaching/coaching in elementary education to support teachers in facilitating a blended learning environment where all students succeed. My pedagogy is based on the premise of integrating technology into lessons that are relevant, cross curricular, and highly engaging. I also believe in the power of collaboration between teachers, students, administration, and parents: Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!!!
