To register for the 2020 NCSLMA conference, go to the NCSLMA website and click on the Events tab. Since our conference will be completely virtual this year, here are some things you can expect:
Private Facebook group for attendees. Live keynote sessions, author sessions, awards, and door prizes will be hosted in this group.
Exclusive access to pre-recorded videos for one year through a private page on our NCSLMA website.
Live sessions through Google Meet for each level of Battle of the Books.
Yasu Ishida, Master of Fine Arts (in Theatre for Young Audiences), is a professional touring storyteller who incorporates origami and magic tricks into his storytelling shows. He offers virtual reading-enhancement storytelling shows for libraries. (https://vimeo.com/446914677)
His shows has been brought to all over the country, including the Disney Summer Stage Kids (NY), the North Carolina Wake County Storytelling Festival (NC), the Starburst Storyteller's Festival (SC), the Hawaii Book & Music Festival, and the Florida Storytelling Festival.
